Returns

All CONTAIN products are handmade to order. Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping. Because each product is custom-made, returns for reasons such as change of mind, preferences, or mistakes in order placement are not permitted.

In the event of a defect or transport damage, every case will be reviewed individually, and we will offer a fair resolution. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods; otherwise, CONTAIN will not be held liable. We recommend inspecting and unpacking your order immediately upon arrival.

Shipping

As we manufacture all products in-house and to order, delivery times are:

  • 40 working days for standard products

  • 60 working days for custom orders

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. We ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, or any import-related fees are not included and must be covered by the client. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Approximate transit times after dispatch:

  • Spain: 2-3 working days

  • Europe: 2-4 working days

  • Rest of the World: 3-6 working days

Shipping Claims

Lighting is fragile and may be damaged during transport. We pack each order securely, but in the event of damage during shipping, the following conditions apply:

  • You must retain the original packaging and documentation.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email to hola@contain.es or by phone at +34 634 942 118.

  • You may be required to provide photos or evidence of the damage.

  • After proper verification, we will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Lost Parcels

If a shipment is lost in transit, CONTAIN will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will produce and ship a replacement at no extra charge. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the client.

Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, orders can only be cancelled within 5 working days after payment. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production will have started.

Refund / Warranty

  • If your product is defective or arrives damaged, CONTAIN will repair, replace, or refund it as quickly as possible.

  • All products come with a two-year manufacturing warranty covering defects not caused by misuse or incorrect installation.

Payment & Production

  • Full payment is required to start production.

  • Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 10 working days.

  • The client must confirm all product details (finishes, specifications) within 10 working days of payment to avoid delays.

  • Lead times are 40 working days (standard) and 60 working days (custom) starting from payment confirmation and receipt of all details.

Exceptions & Legal Information

In accordance with Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of defect or transport damage notified within 48 hours of receipt. For any issues, contact hola@contain.es
